Our Process

Once you initiate an RFQ with ARM industries, our team will investigate the best possible solution for your needs. Our team will work with you to find the right price for your system and develop an accurate timeline for delivery.

Once the project kicks off our project manager will provide the design team with all your specifications, ensuring that all your standards and requirements are met. During design we will hold two to three design reviews dependent on size of the project, these will provide you the opportunity to understand the process, ask questions and request changes. Once the final design is signed off, ARM will being purchasing and manufacturing all components.

ARM takes pride in doing as much in-house machining as we can, we support our team at home and deliver quality machining with control over our timeline. Our qualified team has over 50 years in combined machining experience to deliver the best results.

Once the majority of components become available ARM works diligently to ensure the assembly of your system is completed with the utmost care. During the integration stages ARM will invite you down to see their work in progress, and work with you to meet your product needs.

In the final stages ARM will invite you down for a system runoff and validate all systems are functioning as expected prior to shipment. Upon delivery ARM takes care to ensure the system is up and running and operator training is provided prior to signing off the system on your floor.
